St. Andrews's United Church traces its roots at the Darling Street location back to 1859. The people gathered in Victoria Park and on surrounding streets were watching in disbelief at the destruction of one of the most beautiful old buildings located in downtown. This is horrible loss for the community. The St. Andrews's United Church did a lot for the community and for the poor and homeless people.
